The government has decided on a new chairman of the Swedish Better Regulation Council from 1 January 2015. The new chairman will be Pernilla Lundqvist, PhD in economics, from the University of Gothenburg. Pernilla is also accounting specialist at KPMG in Gothenburg. In addition to her work at KPMG, she is a member of FAR’s policy group for accounting and financial expert in the Court of Appeal and expert in Government’s accounting investigation where there is a clear simplification perspective.
The Government has also appointed two new deputies (instead of Christina Ramberg and Sten Nyberg). These are Ebba Sjögren (Associate Professor from the Stockholm School of Economics) and Håkan Boter (professor at Umeå University).
