Annual report 2025 submitted to the ministry of Climate and Enterprise

Over time, the proportion of acceptable impact assessments in recent years has been around 60 per cent for all groups of regulators. This year, the Swedish better regulation council, SRBC, notes the following: the SBRC has issued opinions on the highest number of cases since it began its work, 252 in total. The proportion of opinions is roughly the same as in recent years, 66 per cent. However, the proportion of acceptable impact assessments has fallen sharply and stands at 41 per cent this year.
