The Swedish Better Regulation Councils sisterorganisation in Germany, Nationaler Normenkontrollrat (NKR), have released their annual report for 2012 in english. It´s titled Better Regulation- Providing Appreciable Relief to the Citizens, the Business Sector and Public Authorities.
